Posted by: rob at August 29, 2003 08:26 PMPercey is a southern writer, out of Louisianna. He died a few years back, but he's probably the best writer/novelist of the last 25 years. That's an incredibly bold claim, I know, but pick up The Last Self Help Book or The Moviegoer. I think you'll agree.
