simple pleasures
My first order of Greyfriar's coffee came yesterday afternoon. After going through great ceremony and ritual, Chris and I initiated our morning treasure with proper admiration and satisfaction. What a good cuppa! None equal found in this whole city. When I go to Chatty next week, I'm going to go to Greyfriar's everyday.
This afternoon I went with Alison and the girls to a bday party at some church friends. They are a large Filipino family with lots of sisters and cousins, and the Hamiltons and Chris and I just get thrown in with the lot. It's kind of fun, esp. since we're so far from our actual family. Not that I mind being so far. It's just fun to be part of the din sometimes.
