My friends make art

Rebecca's picture that I've arbitrarily called "Leap off of Haymound" and Katie's beautiful portrait of her daughter Eden have given such delight this morning as I sit with my computer accompanied by the dreariness outside and the march of black and white words across the screen.

That photo is just BREATH TAKING! I love old books and the warmth they emit just sitting on dusty tin shelves.

I can picture them years back on dark chunky wooden shelves, close to a fire with the smell of coffee beans permeating the air. Mmmm.... History in the making!
