So we moved into this place without AC. I could no longer procrastinate on the boy's haircut.

He needed it!!

Ellis has been enjoying unpacking. And we've all been enjoying a room of his own.

And we've been enjoying summer fruit.

And last but not least. The orange living room!!!! We love the color. Especially in the evening--it has a kind of creamy hue to it. The dark wood color on the shelves looks awful, though. So eventually we hope to paint them white. (They're cheap shelves we got free anyway.) And my cousin gave us the orange lounge chairs. I had no idea what they looked like until my dad arrived with them on the truck. I will probably cover them with some fun IKEA fabric anyway.
