day's dilemma
Should we...
...go to the thrift store to find me some "transitional" clothes (i.e. between maternity and size 6)?
...go to Borders/Starbucks to see if there are any copies of HP6 left? and then veg for two days reading it?
...both of the above? one of the above?
...be really good and work on a paper? (not!)
...think about it all day until it's over and we haven't done anything?

I found that my jogging pants and Jami's t-shirts were a comfortable transition until you can squeeze back into those 6's!
I say you go grab a Starbucks (have one for me! I'm dying for one!!!) AND curl up in a cozy chair at Borders and check out HP. Let me know how it is!

I lived in yoga pants and sweatpants after Fuller was born. As for HP, go for it.

if you can get to a size 6 before weaning Ellis you gotta tell me how you did it. I stayed one size bigger than before until I weaned Josiah and did the South Beach last summer. But being a size 10 still suited me cuz other parts of me were bigger that a appreciated alright.

Even though I know you despise Walmart, I think HP might be cheaper there... Still, Borders and Starbucks do wonders for one's spirits.

I say treat yourself and go get HP6. It's not as long as the last two. It only took me 5 hours to read. And all the major bookstore chains have it for 40% (approx $19 including tax) off with an additional 10% off that if you have one of their discount cards (approx $17 including tax). I'm told that Target also has it, but am not sure on the price there.

HP was cheaper at Wal-Mart and cheapest at Sam's, but we still got ours at B&N (midnight party and all...) I say coffee and HP.
Breastfeeding was the best weight loss program I have ever been on. I weighed 8 pounds less than I did before Kate was conceived when new babe was conceived (9 months post-partum) -- the same weight I was in my jr. year of high school and never again since. I think it either works for you or it makes it impossible to loss the last five pounds, depending on the person. I've heard stories both ways.

If anyone wants to be anti-Walmart and all, consider going all the way for your community and buying HP from the little mom and pop bookstores, not simply B&N or Borders.
