Some friends told me about this Film last night. It looks to be a fascinating and intelligent film. I'm not sure when Expelled will be coming out, all the site says is Coming in Spring 2008. This film is certainly going to cause a stir. Yeah! I LOVED these kinds of films. I'm all about people talking and exchanging ideas. Let's use the brains God gave us!!
I have a subscription with Blockbuster that delivers movies to my mailbox. I am glad that I have it. It's a good deal and I like that I don't always remember what movies are in my Queue, so often I don't know whats on the way until I get an email notifying me something is on the way. Here are my Top 7 in no particular order (the list also includes a few rented from the local Movie Gallery):

In other news today is my first working weekend. I work in the library from 11-5, but the bonus is that I got all of Friday off, free and clear. I figure that's a relatively nice exchange.
Yesterday was pretty low key. I got my hair cut. I talk to my mom and sisters. I bought paint for a painting project. I rented two movies, and got lunch to go from the new little Mexican restaurant. I ordered my lunch and then walked over to the movie store to pick out a couple of movies. And then upon stepping up onto the curb my flip flop got caught and I went flying. Ouch! I tore up my left leg. It really hurt, I even cried and called my mom for sympathy. The worst part is on my foot. I'm not sure I'll be able to wear real shoes for a while.
Besides that I finally got air in my bike tires. I think I'll ride to work today. Should be fun! But before I go to work I should go to the drug store to get some good bandages for my foot.

I need to beef up my blockbuster queue. Any suggestions? I enjoy Foreign Film, Indy Films, Drama, Documentary, and the occasional action film. And I'm always a sucker for a "good" chic-flick!
This weekend my two very good friends Morgan & Shelby came for a visit. It is always good to be in the company of people who know me well. After dinner on Friday we decided that a good movie was in order. I suggested that we see Little Miss Sunshine. The agreed and I got to see this fantastic film for the third time. Let me tell you folks it only gets better with each viewing.
I've never gone to see a movie three times in the theater. I saw it almost 2 weeks ago with my friend and co-worker Chrissy, labor day weekend with my folks and most recently this past weekend. I think the reason it's so fun to see it over and over again is getting to experience different peoples reaction to the movie.
It's classic I tell you. If you haven't seen it you MUST!
