i baked a cake...
...and this is what happened. I think maybe I didn't wait long enough for it to cool before I took it out of the pan. Opps! It was kind of an experiment, a new receipt I learned at Weight Watchers. 15oz can of pumpkin puree mixed with devil's food cake mix. It really didn't even taste that good. However the other day I made another version, pumpkin with spice cake. I turned that mix into mini muffins. They tasted good, I still have some left. I've been eating them in the morning while I drink my coffee. I ended up putting the broken cake into a ziplock. I think maybe I'll make some kind of desert with it.
