Ohio Dominican U is just mere miles away from the Port Columbus Airport. Yesterday I was watching a women's soccer game and a plane was coming in for a landing and my goodness it was awfully low. It was air force one! How strange to be so near to the commander in chief, yet not even see him. G.W. was on his way to a rally in Columbus at the Nationwide Arena. It's the second time this week he's been in OH and it was only Wednesday. It is a little annoying living in a so-called contested state, lots of yucky political ads and far too much attention from candidates and the press.
